Do you have a favorite site you like to visit online almost every day? Maybe a teacher will have the website for his or her school pop up. A college student will likely choose the Alma Mauder, so educational resources are at hand. Cooks might appreciate a particular recipe site, and the examples can be endless. The point is, frequent Internet users usually select a particular site to pop up when the search engine button is pushed. But what happen when another site appears out of the blue? Then, it is time to disable and remove home page spyware.

When a new home page suddenly comes to light, it is bewildering at first. Some people may even try to remember if he or she did something that would facilitate the change. Then, realization strikes and users know someone has hijacked their computers. Now what?

The obvious course of action is to click on the tools menu and change back to the preferred homepage. Unfortunately, individuals often find out that removing the offending page is next to impossible. It will not go away! Desperation might lead to the add/remove programs. But, there is simply nothing to lead to removing the infiltrating page.

Recently, a personal computer problem led to a system restore to an early date. Hopefully, the computer has the option to go back to pre-webpage data, in the not too distant past. But, if the computer is a business tool, people can lose a bunch of valuable data, spending hours to reconstruct lost files. Ouch!

Instead, the best option to disable and remove home page spyware is simply to prevent the problem in the first place. Not long after the computer had a problem, a personal search lead to downloading a 5-star PC tool to be proactive and keep hijackers from gaining access to files in the first place. Users can download a current version of Spyware Doctor totally free of charge. The process only takes a minute, and even the free version has consumer choices regarding use and frequency of scanning. No complaints here! Stop hackers before they can even get started!
